Mark your calendars and set your alarms! The Koffee Krew will be visiting Ground Rules on Sunday 5/24 at 7:30am! This is a large group of dedicated grapplers that travel all over the bay area for Sunday morning open mats. It is an honor to be hosting them for the first time, and an experience you won't want to miss!

BJJ Tour June 27th

The BJJ Tour All Star Tournament will be on Sat. June 27th in Gilroy. Let's make a great showing!

If you're planning to complete I urge you to attend Competition Class on Saturday mornings at 9:30AM where we focus on competition rules, strategy, and common scenarios.
