Holiday Schedule

This week will bring some warm weather and the 4th of July holiday. Classes will be cancelled Thursday (7/3) and Friday (7/4). Instead, we will be hosting open mat at 11am on Friday. Saturday open mat will proceed as usual.

Growth and Reviews

Curriculum

Back to basics! It's been a few months since we've seen basic takedown, guard passing, and guard submission techniques. And with our excellent recent growth, there are several students who have never seen them! But we've also sprinkled in a few less commonly encountered areas including, north south escapes and leg locks, to keep things engaging for all levels.
