4th of July Open Mat

This Saturday is 4th of July and we'll be on the mats! The 9:35am comp class will be cancelled but open mat at 11 is on!

July 11th Seminar with Javier Gomez

The following Saturday, we're going to cancel all activities at Ground Rules (comp class and open mat) to drive attendance toward a seminar by Javier Gomez (of JG Academy) at Club Tracy at 2pm. This is an excellent opportunity to learn something new, visit a new academy, and mingle with our new affiliates! The event is free but donations are encouraged. All ages and levels are welcome.

Summer Camp July 13-17
